What is the standard turnaround time for customized products?

Overall, most customized products take about 1 to 7 business days to create (with an exception to edible favors). Once your product is complete it will take approximately 1 to 10 days to deliver to you.

Is shipping available outside of the United States?

No, unfortunately we do not ship products outside of the U.S., however, we hope to have this option available in the future!

What is the timeline for ordering invitation suites?

Once you fill the custom quote questionnaire, we will take 5 to 7 business days to complete your initial design, then you will receive a proof for revision. A total of 3 rounds of revisions are included in the pricing, additional revisions will be an extra charge. Once your invitation suite is to your liking, you will approve for printing. Printing and assembly can range from 2 to 3 weeks. From there, your invitation suites will be ready to ship within 1 to 2 weeks. In all, the average process will take approximately 6 to 8 weeks form start to finish.

If you need the suites in a shorter timeframe we can rush the process with a one-time rush fee.

What is your return policy?

All sales are FINAL, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We are also not liable for any lost or stolen packages. Please contact us immediately using the email address below if there is an issue including damaged, defective, or incorrect items. We ask that you contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package, any claims made after that timeframe will result in the inability to resolve the issue.
